All items in this shop are ordered and customised on demand. In the unlikely event of there being a stock issues, we will contact you with an alternative delivery date.  Please note that most of the items cannot be returned as they have been specifically customised for you.

Delivery 
Please allow up to 20 days for your order to be delivered. Our deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or courier. You will receive a "Your order has been shipped" email when your order is about to be despatched.
